I have cacausian family and very aware of institutional racism in europe and america. How do we handle the continious slavement of black african people in Europe and America? why should an african child no have access to travel to the west as western children and citizens have assess to the outside world? When will black Africa be given same opportunity as their europe/american counterpart? how do we heal the world of the injustice they continue to commit against black African people and countries to the new world order?. I think sharing or teaching about said issues are part of the mass awareness that's part of solutions to know where the problem lies as to finding possible solutions. I beleive to help africans move with the rest of the world is to let them know where the problem lies and then allow them design how to grow themselves to meet up with the rest of the world. Yes the first step is the overhul of the african mindset now occupied with falsehood and vanity . first recognise they need value themselves, worship their own, develop their own like the asian not the euro- arab mindset they currently working with that making their brains dyfunction given birth to confusion and mentally ill society that result to their total self hate. Africans are killing themselves because of miseducation and false religion. The only way you can help them is make them be themselves not giving to false image and likeness. its not about being obsess. African racism today by their white /cacausion counterpart in the west began since slave trade. They need be taught exactly what happened and what they do later is left to them. having knowkledge of the past is also important to know how to handle the future to create peacefull coexistence ,hence humans are bound to repeat same thing. Whether you and I like it or not its what happened and must be told for us all to learn never to repeat. And probably alesson to those planning continueing or wnats to go do same thing in Africa again. Most Africans themselves are very ignorant about the root of their situation and problems, hence not making reasonable progress in their efforts to solutions

James Diez Otedo Okporhu there is still slavery in the U.S.A. also! About 300,000 men and women are forced to labour with NO compensation at all. Some of these American Slaves are inslaved for Decades before gaining their freedom.
Changing these types of attrocites and societal injustices requires 2 or 3 Steps:
(1) EDUCATION to make yourself aware of what NEEDS changed;
(2) share what you learn with others and demand government/societal leaders/groups make the needed changes; and,
PERHAPS (3) IF THEY REFUSE TO CHANGE IT, be prepared to fight for that Change. (If it's NOT something you're willing to fight to attain at risk of life, then it's not important enough to you to even complain about in the first place.)

James Diez Did "this" ever actually happen to YOU personally? Historically a LOT of terrible things happened to our Ancestors REGARDLESS of our Race/Ethnicity. Time moves on ... and so does any person in their right mind. People who live in and/or dwell on the Past can never truely enjoy Life in the Present. Rather than focus on what happened in the Past, try focusing on the atrocities and injustices today and put forth the effort to help change the bad things happening TODAY. African-Americans Ancestors weren't the ONLY People to be held as slaves in the Past ... get over it and live for the NOW and the FUTURE. You'll be a LOT happier.
Otedo Okporhu I agree with you James Diez. I have cacausian family and very aware of institutional racism in europe and america. How do we handle the continious slavement of black african people in Europe and America? why should an african child no have access to travel to the west as western children and citizens have assess to the outside world? For the ignorant, certain traditional African villages might not seem sophisticated. They are only able to appreciate monumentality in architecture. What they don't see is the greatest sophistication on Earth. A sophistication that relentlessly pursues harmony with nature. Stone structures were not only undesirable for much of tropical Africa because they were too hot compared to the cooling factor of adobe buildings, but stone structures often left unappealing ruins and defacing of natural mountains. For the European (and the Black mental-slaves that imitate them), ruins are desirable because as such a young race they are paranoid that everyone will think they are late to the game of civilization and feel the need to prove they have a history by showing off stone ruins. For the traditional tropical African, they are the oldest race on Earth and so they don't need a bunch of stone ruins to prove they have a history. They wanted an architecture that was suitably cooling and that wouldn't leave ruins in nature or destroy mountains by quarrying them. Nature-centered village in Malawi, Southeast Africa African Architectural Genius you are right! Africa possesses both type, stone or simpler as these houses! Indeed the goal pursued by the African architure is to imitate the universe in its shape and its function and to merge as much as possible in the nature and to be part of the nature! The African architecture is named Fractale because it imitates the nature as the snowflakes or sunflower for example! Holy Negast I find that these architects are more advanced and sophisticated that us. .they managed to figure out how to shelter themselves without machines and fancy materials "imported" from wherever. . Honestly if we can't do it with their elegant simplicity and less of an impact on the planet we are the backwards ones imho Mkay  If we were/are honest many of us would have admit that we have been seduced by the notion that stone ruins are indicative of a "higher" order of civilized existence.I'm just saying. These anti-Edo political organizations you folks went to join are the most anti-African - and Africans - in the world.

They're worse than anything; we obviously can't stop you though, even Ewuare II's manifest destiny lies in our own regional party.

We have egba Omo Oduduwa and so on, NPC, AG, the forerunner of them all NCNC and then now these cancers of today.

Stay "with them", but register for your most important election first: your local election, register Edo Political Front, and if you don't, vote the front.

No self respecting Edo will - in the future - find themselves the flag bearers and cheerleaders of foreign parties with indirect rule political and economic mandates, it just doesn't work.

No sane Edo person lives to "have the ear" of someone who doesn't have Edo at their heart.

The Supreme Court is the place to remove the frustration of these lethargic and "periodic" additions to the voting rolls; here - where I live - you can fill in the forms regarding changing your voter registration at the post office and other easy access places.

At the rate things are going we're going to find ourselves truly in decline as our populations suffer from simple things like protein deficiencies in children
